The characters and maps in Call of Duty: Mobile are based on familiar elements from the main Call of Duty franchise. The game includes three main modes: Multiplayer, Battle Royale, and Zombies.
Multiplayer Mode in Call of Duty: Mobile
The first major part of the game is the Multiplayer mode, which offers different match types. Here are the most important ones:
- Team Deathmatch: Two teams fight, and the first team to reach a certain number of kills wins.
- Domination: Your team must capture and hold a specific area while preventing the enemy from taking control.
- Search & Destroy: One team plants a bomb while the other team tries to stop them. You can also win by eliminating all players on the enemy team.
- Frontline: Similar to Team Deathmatch, but each time you die, you respawn at a fixed spot on the map.
These modes are played on iconic Call of Duty maps like Hijacked, Crash, Crossfire, Summit, Killhouse, and Nuketown. Matches usually feature 5v5 battles, offering fast-paced and competitive action.
If you’re a beginner, you won’t have access to other game modes until you reach level 7. So Multiplayer is the best place to start and improve your skills. Since you’ll be facing experienced players online, start by practicing in the VS.AI mode, where you’ll fight against bots and get used to the game mechanics.
Multiplayer Tips and Tricks
- Always check out the missions and events in the game. Completing them is one of the easiest ways to unlock new weapons and gear.
- Learn the maps! Keep playing the same maps over and over to find hidden spots and sniper angles. Try shooting from different angles in each match.
Don’t Miss Double XP Events
The max level in Call of Duty: Mobile is 150. To level up faster, take advantage of Double XP events. These usually happen at the end of each season or during major updates.
Play With Good Teammates

Air Drops are a type of Scorestreak that lets you call in powerful loot once you earn enough points. At lower levels, they may not seem impressive, but at higher scores, they can contain game-changing weapons and tools.
The Hidden Nuke Weapon
For elite players, there’s a secret weapon: the Nuke. If your level is over 20 and you get 25 kills without dying, you can use this nuclear bomb that wipes out all enemies on the map. There’s no need to activate anything—once you qualify, it will appear automatically.
Adjust Graphics Based on Your Phone
Call of Duty: Mobile has amazing visuals, but high settings can slow down the game on weaker phones. If that happens, increase screen brightness to spot enemies more easily and reduce graphic settings if needed for smoother performance.
Listen to Footsteps and Sounds
Realistic sound effects aren’t just for immersion—they can save your life. Use headphones to hear enemy footsteps, gunshots, and warnings like UAVs or missile strikes. Sound awareness gives you a real advantage.
